Both Bernie and I are from an Italian backgroud. You can imagine that we love our food - as the waistline will testify! Below is a collection of recipes that we have collected from Italy, England and the USA. Try them - you may come to like them as we do! Tip:  When planning your meal, not only ensure that it is nutrionally balanced, but also that you have taken peoples' likes and dislikes (their ethnic and religious backgrounds) into consideration. Also, think about the wine which is to accompany your meal. This can either make it or break it! As these pages grow - with your help and assistance that is - we shall endeavour to widen the variety of recipes and change them regularly.
